Operations (AI Agent Builder) - Hybrid

What this role is about

You will build smart AI systems that actually do work. Also be responsible for some video editing, if you have experience in both, you are the best fit. Real agents that run processes, talk to systems, move data, and save time. You will help turn ideas into working AI driven automations across multiple businesses. This is a hands on builder role.

What you will do

• Build AI agents and chatbots that can reason, decide, and take action
• Create AI powered automations using tools like n8n and similar platforms
• Connect AI to emails, CRMs, databases, websites, and APIs
• Design agentic workflows that replace manual work
• Use SQL and data tools to power AI decisions and insights
• Build and run simple, fast websites connected to AI and automations
• Test, improve, and maintain live systems

Nice to have

• Video editing or AI video creation for social and websites

What you should be good at

• Thinking in systems, workflows, and outcomes
• Building with AI, not just prompting it
• Basic coding concepts and data handling
• Shipping fast without overengineering

You do not need to be a hardcore engineer.
