iOCO Infrastructure Services (iOCO IS) seeks a Services Manager to ensure contracted cybersecurity services are delivered effectively, meeting SLAs, standards, and client expectations. You will serve as the main operational interface for clients and delivery teams across SOC, security engineering, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, endpoint, email, and cloud functions.

• 10+ years ICT experience across Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud and Security.

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned clients.

• Manage client expectations and communicate service performance, risks, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct service reviews, governance meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
