Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance and risk.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and service delivery across multiple teams.
• Requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement in managed security environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned clients and executives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of contracted cybersecurity services across SOC and engineering teams.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and reporting; coordinate with owners on corrective actions.
• Escalate significant technical concerns to appropriate authorities and drive service improvements.
• Lead governance, risk and compliance activities for client engagements.
• Produce monthly service reports and executive summaries; track actions and due dates.
