Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to build rapport on every interaction.
• Manage time effectively to keep up with incoming calls from the queue.
• Accurately document information exchanged during each call.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Maintain records and document customer service actions and discussions.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
