Teleperformance in South Africa seeks an agent to deliver excellent customer service via Email and Live Chat, review, authenticate, and validate documents for accuracy and compliance, and meet SLA & KPI targets set by clients.

The role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to adapt to change; experience in BPO and familiarity with AI tools and Google apps is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in a BPO environment
• Strong written skills and ability to handle fast-paced work
• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Review submitted documents for authenticity, accuracy and completeness.
• Handle inbound contacts related to promotions, game issues, mobile updates, email updates, password issues, duplicate accounts, fraud, account closures and more.
• Meet SLA & KPI targets and escalate when necessary.
