Job summary

You will use CRM systems to capture data after every contact, clarify customer needs, and promote renewals while delivering excellent service to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Provide advanced product/service information and resolve basic questions.
• Record and process customer orders per predefined options.
• Respond to customer issues including returns and complaints.
• Develop relationships with clients and potential customers.
• Enter data into the CRM after each contact to ensure data quality.
• Interview customers to clarify needs using a multi-step script.
