Job summary

Old Mutual Limited in Cape Town is seeking a Multiskilled Servicing Consultant for a fixed term contract. You will handle product information, process orders, resolve issues, and build customer relationships within a regulated, process-driven environment.

You will use CRM systems to capture data after every contact, clarify customer needs, and promote renewals while delivering excellent service to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Provide advanced product/service information and resolve basic questions.
• Record and process customer orders per predefined options.
• Respond to customer issues including returns and complaints.
