Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters.
• Ensure that basic customer details held in the CRM are accurate and log follow-up actions.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development tasks following established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
