Our client needs a Customer Service Manager. You will lead the customer service team and oversee all customer support operations. This role helps customers have a good experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Manage and support team members to provide a smooth client experience.
• Assist clients with complex inquiries, requests, and general information about solar services.
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Build relationships with customers and encourage referrals through great service.
• Support customers by phone, email, or chat when needed.
• Explain processes, timelines, and solar information clearly and kindly.
• Update client records and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Lead team meetings, training, and process improvement discussions.
• Be professional, patient, and respectful in all interactions.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service management or a call center.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and calm.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• C2 English level.
