Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in senior leadership, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or construction.
• Experience managing diverse internal functions from HR and IT to legal and infrastructure.
• Strong organizational skills to develop internal policies for ISO and ESG compliance.
• Proven ability to manage HR, IT, legal, and facilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Primavera P6, Oracle HCM, and MS Project a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Are you a seasoned operations leader with a passion for creating seamless internal support environments? A leading company in the renewable energy sector is looking for an experienced Support Services Manager to join their senior management team.

This role is central to the efficient operation of a multi-disciplinary team that designs, develops, and manages utility-scale solar energy projects. You will oversee a wide range of support services including HCM, legal, IT, translation, travel, facilities management, ISO & ESG accreditation, and more.
