This role requires rotating 24/7 shifts, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Based in or able to work in Cape Town.
• Rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable transportation for all shift times.
• Matric + 2 years of customer service experience, OR a completed degree/diploma with no experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
• Willingness to complete required background checks.
