Requirements include a Diploma in Business Management/Administration (NQF 7), a Code 10 driver’s licence, 3–5 years in cargo operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role, HR/IR familiarity, and advantageous customer service experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management/Administration (NQF Level 7).
• Drivers licence Code 10.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on operational experience in cargo acceptance, handling, and transportation at an international airport, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within cargo and logistics operations.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Familiarity with addressing human resources and industrial relations matters is also required.
