Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic attitude.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the Benoni office as needed.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
