Job summary

Huntswood – A ResultCX Company is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to handle webchat and voice interactions from a global team. You will deliver high-quality service, build rapport, and resolve issues at first contact while maintaining accuracy and de-escalating complaints when needed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service, a clear credit and criminal record, and understanding of the UK insurance market.

Qualifications

• Matric / NQF Level 4 is required.
• Clear credit & criminal record is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (webchat + voice).
• Understanding of UK market; insurance experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple webchat conversations and inbound calls professionally.
