Job summary

Huntswood, part of the ResultCX family, is hiring Customer Service Advisors to handle webchat and voice interactions. You’ll manage multiple chats and calls, deliver high-quality service, build rapport, and resolve issues at first contact.

We are looking for Matric/NQF4, clear credit and criminal record, at least 1 year in customer service, and UK market/insurance knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF Level 4 completed.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service (webchat + voice).
• UK market knowledge and insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt to different customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple webchat conversations while handling inbound calls.
• Deliver high-quality service according to standards and SLAs.
• Build rapport and trust with customers using clear communication.
• Resolve customer issues at first point of contact.
