Tracker Connect invites unemployed South African graduates to join a 12-month Graduate Development Programme in Gauteng. You will gain structured exposure in a dynamic customer-centric environment, with coaching and practical experience in customer service and operations.

The programme emphasizes first-contact resolution, product knowledge, data integrity, and cross-selling. Preference is given to designated groups, and a stipend is offered for basic expenses during the period.

Qualifications

• South African citizen with a valid SA ID and be unemployed.
• Ages 18–35 and not currently studying full-time.
• Be computer literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Completed National Diploma or Degree in one of the listed fields.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective first-contact and one-stop customer resolution.
• Capture and update customer information accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all interactions.
• Handle customer queries and electronic communications.
• Build knowledge of Tracker products, services and systems.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services where appropriate.
• Understand invoices, adjustments, and payments; assist with reconciliations.
• Support data integrity initiatives and scheduling tasks.
• Develop problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
