Job summary

FNB in South Africa seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions for walk-in and existing customers in a busy branch environment. You will promote digital and self-service channels while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

This role focuses on customer needs, cross-sell banking solutions, and timely service delivery within FAIS, FICA, and TCF guidelines, contributing to team success in a dynamic POP setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and customer experience targets.
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner while being helpful.
• Educate customers on banking platforms and migrate to digital/self-service channels.
• Fulfil transactions and meet service benchmarks while delivering value.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS/FICA/TCF compliance.
