Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, enquiries and requests efficiently.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to drive parts sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and credit issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outstanding orders and provide customers with timely delivery updates.
