This is a high‑impact role responsible for building strong relationships with some of the world’s largest custodian banks and streamlining tax reclaim operations on a global scale. If you’re analytical, client‑focused, and experienced in financial operations—this role offers an exciting platform to lead and optimise within an international finance environment.

About the Role

You’ll lead a key function within the custodian operations and network services team, focusing on optimising global custodial processes, guiding junior executives, and ensuring timely reclaim submissions. This role requires exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and a commercial mindset to identify efficiencies and opportunities across international finance networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations and relationships with global custodian banks
• Support and mentor junior team members on custodian process optimisation
• Improve operational efficiencies to enhance client tax reclaim outcomes
• Understand client structures to identify additional withholding tax opportunities
• Stay updated on market regulations and tax legislation changes

What You’ll Bring
