Job summary
Morgan Hunt is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead the Personal Development and PSHE programme for the 16-19 Study Programme in London. The role combines design, development, and direct teaching, with about 12-14 hours weekly and a focus on keeping the curriculum live, inclusive, and challenging.

Qualifications
- Substantial experience in education or personal development
- Experience engaging learners with sensitive subjects
- Strong educational background focused on personal development education
- Experience designing/ delivering education for young people
- Leadership experience in education is advantageous
- Relevant degree in Education or Social Sciences
- Teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE) preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of Personal Development across the 16-19 Study Programme
- Directly teach approx. 12-14 hours per week
- Keep curriculum live, relevant, inclusive, challenging
- Utilise learner voice, current affairs, external expertise
- Facilitate difficult conversations in a structured learning environment
- Create safe spaces for questioning and reflection
- Oversee resources for subcontracted provision
- Support development and delivery of PSHE curriculum
