Qualifications
- Strong training and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering online workshops and training sessions.
- Relevant occupational qualification or demonstrable occupational competence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging online workshops that inspire learning and participation.
- Provide personalised one-to-one teaching, tutoring and coaching.
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Assess learner work fairly and maintain compliant learner records.
- Take ownership of learner progress, engagement and compliance.
