Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in curriculum design and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM).
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessment tools for K-12 and higher education.
• Manage a team of curriculum developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to integrate multimedia elements and interactive features into learning materials.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing curricula to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with current educational standards and technological advancements.
• Oversee the piloting and evaluation of new curriculum modules, gathering feedback for iterative refinement.
• Ensure all developed content meets accessibility standards and diverse learning needs.
