Job summary

AVBOB South Africa is seeking a dedicated CSI Officer to coordinate and support the implementation of our Corporate Social Investment initiatives, ensuring adherence to policies and proper administration.

You will drive social impact programmes, monitor outcomes, report to the CSI Committee, and collaborate with staff and external partners to maximise community benefit.

Qualifications

• Experience in CSI or community investment programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with the AVBOB Group CSI Strategy, Policy and Budget.
• Plan and administer social impact programmes for sustainability and alignment with policy.
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate all CSI activities.
• Provide accurate reporting to the CSI Committee.
• Coordinate employee participation initiatives in CSI activities.
• Ensure the M&E platform is updated timeously.
• Oversee SLAs with stakeholders and beneficiaries for CSI activities.
• Coordinate sourcing of promotional and branding materials for CSI PR.
• Liaise with communications to ensure visibility and media exposure.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine beneficiary eligibility.
• Initiate projects aligned with CSI goals and programmes.

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate and support the implementation of AVBOB's Corporate Social Investment initiatives, ensuring efficient administration and compliance with organisational policies and procedures while contributing to meaningful community impact.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinate and assist with the execution of the AVBOB Group CSI Strategy, CSI Policy, and CSI Budget in consultation with the CSI Specialist.
• Plan and administer social impact programmes to ensure sustainability and alignment with the AVBOB CSI Policy.
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate all activities and initiatives related to CSI programmes.
• Provide accurate and timeous reporting and feedback to the CSI Committee.
• Coordinate employee participation initiatives across the organisation to strengthen staff involvement in CSI activities.
• Ensure that the monitoring and evaluation platform is updated timeously with relevant programme information.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders and beneficiaries for all CSI-related activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate the sourcing of appropriate, cost-effective promotional and branding materials required for CSI-related public relations purposes.
• Liaise with internal and external communications specialists to ensure that social impact programmes receive appropriate visibility and media exposure.
• Conduct feasibility studies (due diligence) to determine whether an organisation should benefit from AVBOB CSI initiatives and programmes.
• Initiate projects that align with the goals, objectives, and intent of the relevant CSI programmes.
