Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Crypto Community Manager to grow the brand's online presence and voice the community across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other platforms from its base in Mahikeng. You will drive engagement, build authentic relationships, and create compelling crypto content.

The role requires a passion for crypto, strong communication skills, and the ability to organize online events and AMAs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management within crypto or tech industries.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and community forums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies for cryptocurrency projects.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Engage with community members, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.
• Create compelling content, including posts, announcements, and updates.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Organize and host online events, AMAs, and discussions to foster engagement.
