Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Upholsterer.
• Knowledge of different types of upholstery materials and their properties.
• Ability to use and maintain upholstery tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the condition of all upholstered furniture and fixtures On Board CruiseShip.
• Repair any damages or tears in upholstery using appropriate tools and materials
• Replace old or worn out upholstery with new materials
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets company standards
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for upholstery repairs
• Collaborate with other crew members and departments to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Uphold safety standards and procedures while working on board the ship
• Keep track of all work completed and maintain accurate records
• Provide recommendations for improvements to the upholstery department
