Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef, cruise ship preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus for onboard restaurants, considering dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Manage and train a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain performance and service.
• Monitor food and supply inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Seek continuous improvements to culinary offerings aboard the ship.
