Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or fine-dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, menu engineering, and food presentation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and optimize inventory.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and manage a large kitchen brigade.
