Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. invites experienced entertainment professionals to join our onboard team as Cruise Activities Staff. You will host and participate in adult and family programs, perform as MC for events, and contribute to a dynamic maritime entertainment experience.

This role requires strong public speaking, a lively personality, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with a multicultural team, support cross-department duties, and help deliver unforgettable guest

Qualifications

• Prior experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or guest engagement roles.
• Strong public speaking, hosting, and performance skills.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Ability to participate in skits, basic dance routines, and family programs.
• Demonstrated talent in one or more live entertainment areas.
• Good organizational skills for props, supplies, and logistics.
• Team player with flexibility to support cross-department duties.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host and participate in adult and family recreational programs and activities.
• Serve as master of ceremonies for events including game shows, theme nights, loyalty events, pool activities, and sailaway parties.
• Participate in Adventure Ocean and family programming such as talent shows, circus performances, face painting, balloon animals, and parades.
• Take part in skits, dance routines, and entertainment shows as part of the Cruise Directors Division.
• Assemble and disassemble activity props and equipment, returning items to storage after use.
• Maintain inventory of prize lockers, office supplies, and consumable items, coordinating with stores for requisitions.
• Greet and direct guests during embarkation, debarkation, and at ports of call.
• Socialize with guests in public areas to enhance guest satisfaction in line with service standards.
• Assist with cross-utilization duties such as spotlight operation, gangway duties, crowd control, and sports desk activities.

Who Were Looking For:

• Prior experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or guest engagement roles

• Strong public speaking, hosting, and performance skills, with confidence on a microphone

• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for guest interaction and entertainment

• Ability to take part in skits, basic dance routines, and family programs

• Demonstrated talent in one or more performance areas, such as singing, dancing, acting, or other live entertainment skills

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage props, supplies, and activity logistics

• Team player with flexibility to support cross-departmental duties as required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus
