Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager Assistant to plan and schedule entertainment and activities aboard a cruise ship, ensuring smooth shows and efficient crew coordination.

You will lead production staff, manage budgets, collaborate with marketing, and uphold safety while delivering high-quality performances. International travel and irregular hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of production, including lighting, sound, and stage management.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents for international travel.

• Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to production and entertainment activities
