Job summary

HRLadderBox is seeking a CRM Team Lead for an iGaming operator in Cape Town. You will coordinate CRM campaigns across channels and lead a team of 5+ CRM professionals in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

You will drive campaign execution, performance insights and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product and Retention to meet business objectives. English fluency required with preference for additional languages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM Campaign Management.
• Experience leading a team.
• Mandatory iGaming industry experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM campaigns and customer engagement.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a global iGaming operator, we are looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead to coordinate CRM campaigns while leading a team of CRM professionals. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who understands the fast‑paced iGaming environment and is confident managing both campaign execution and people.
