Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with CRM platforms, marketing tech or customer engagement systems.
• Experience managing and executing CRM campaigns.
• Experience with CRM vendors and third-party providers.
• Experience gathering business requirements and producing BRD documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting system and data-related issues.
• Experience with reporting tools, analytics and customer data environments.
• Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, BIS, Marketing, Data Analytics, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• CRM Platform Administration & Maintenance: daily operation, health, performance, and availability of CRM platforms.
• Campaign Execution & Marketing Support: coordinate with Marketing and other stakeholders to configure and deploy campaigns across channels.
• Data Management & Data Quality Assurance: audits of data, data integrity and governance.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: maintain CRM reporting environments and dashboards.
• CRM Enhancement & Roadmap Delivery: assist with roadmap initiatives and UAT.
• Business Analysis & Documentation: create BRDs and functional specs.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
