Qualifications

• Experience as Generator Technician or similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Certified in electrical/mechanical discipline if possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on generators (oil changes, filter replacements, system checks).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct load bank testing and performance evaluations.
• Repair or replace faulty components (engines, alternators, control panels, fuel systems).
• Maintain detailed service records of maintenance, repairs, and parts.
• Provide clients with technical advice on operation and maintenance best practices.
