• Ability to manage performance, HR processes and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and refine the Credit Risk strategy in line with ethics and business objectives.
• Oversee credit governance frameworks and risk mitigation across portfolios.
• Analyse information to identify trends and inform decision making.
• Develop and present business cases to obtain financial resources.
• Design budgets for the next financial year and monitor adherence.
• Engage cross‑functional teams to sustain competitive edge and service quality.
