Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of credit risk across the portfolio.
• Develop and oversee credit risk frameworks, policies and processes.
• Monitor key credit risk metrics (NPLs, provisions, cost of risk).
• Support budgeting and forecasting from a credit risk perspective.
• Ensure timely risk reporting and governance with stakeholders.
• Identify emerging risks and propose remediation actions.
