Qualifications

• Finance-related diploma required.
• 3+ years in Financial Advisory support or Financial Analyst role.
• Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit data to estimate risk in lending decisions for client relationships.
• Monitor year-on-year revenue growth versus budget for the portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Balanced Scorecard standards.
• Serve as the contact for the defined customer portfolio and address inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to satisfaction.
• Grow active customer base and expand client relationships.
• Cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio and strengthen relationships.
• Convert leads into successful sales through advisory support.
• Ensure governance and compliance with procedures and policies.
• Prepare credit proposals for Credit Product House review.
• Stay informed on market and credit policy changes.
• Track facility documents outstanding >60 days after renewal as measured by Collateral team.
