Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse credit data to estimate risk in lending decisions.
• Provide insights aligned with client relationship strategy and responsible lending.
• Achieve revenue growth and exceptional customer experience against scorecard standards.
• Act as the point of contact for the defined customer portfolio and resolve complaints.
• Drive growth of active customer accounts and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare credit proposals for review by Credit Product House and ensure governance.
