With 2-4 years of credit analysis experience, you will work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with relationship managers to support sound lending decisions and stay informed on market trends impacting credit risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or risk management within banking.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and data to assess borrower risk.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings to the credit committee.
• Monitor the credit performance of existing loan portfolios, identifying issues and actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
