DP World in Centurion, South Africa is seeking an experienced credit and collections professional to manage end-to-end AR processes. You will review ageing, drive collections, allocate payments, and maintain customer relationships while coordinating with the Credit Manager.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in credit management, exposure to FMCG/retail, and proficiency with MS Office, SAP AR, RTT SLE, and Track-it. This role supports process improvements and reporting.”

• Experience in FMCG, wholesale or retail environments advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Review debtor ageing and drive collections.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement recovery actions with Credit Manager.
• Review bank statements daily for payments and ensure timely allocations.
• Manage and resolve payment queries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage order releases via block lists.
• Prepare weekly/monthly collections reporting and monthly cash flow reporting.

Prepare accurate financial and collections reporting, while supporting process improvements, AR migration activities, and business continuity initiatives

Key Performance Areas:

• Review debtor ageing report and drive collections.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement recovery actions with Credit Manager.
• Review bank statements daily for payments.
• Ensure timely allocations of payments.
• Customer relationship Management.
• Work through Block List for orders to be released daily.
• Weekly/Monthly reporting to KAA/Credit Manager on outstanding accounts.
• Monthly cash flow reporting.
• Support Process migration of AR functions to KAA (Journal processing and trade deductions).
• Respond promptly and completely to both customers, internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with processes to support business continuity (align work cycle payments of customers)
• Reporting on collections monthly.
• Distribute statements monthly based on customer requirements (Excel statements).
• Reconcile accounts monthly.
• Blocking of Accounts exceeding their trading terms and managing the collection of overdue debt.
• Resolve queries and discrepancies on payments and claims.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma

Experience and Skills Required:

• 5 to 10 years’ experience
• Min 5 to 10 years of credit management experience
• Collections and query resolution
• FMCG, Wholesale or Retail experience.
• Strong Reconciliation skills.
• Computer literate in MS Office products e.g.: Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Outlook.
• SAP in Accounts Receivable and knowledge of Warehouse Management functions.
• Knowledge of RTT Solutions SLE and Track-it systems.
