Job summary

The Sales Centre co in Port Elizabeth is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to build relationships, nurture opportunities and generate new conversations through telephone outreach and prospecting for animation content. This office-based role is in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, Monday to Friday.

You’ll work from an existing database using Apollo and Pipedrive to contact warm, lapsed and new prospects, and book meetings for directors and the wider team.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound telesales or lead-generation experience.
• Track record against targets such as calls, leads and meetings.
• Experience prospecting from scratch and following up on leads.
• Confident speaking to directors and senior decision-makers.
• Strong objection handling and rapport-building.
• Organised with diligent CRM follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to prospective, previous and existing clients.
• Prospect for new companies and identify decision-makers.
• Nurture longer-term leads and maintain relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals and opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for the directors and team.
• Arrange introductory meetings and creative showcases.
• Use AI tools to research prospects and sharpen outreach.
• Keep records of conversations and opportunities in the CRM.
