Job summary

Beekman Group is seeking a Learning Content Creator at Head Office in Port Shepstone to design engaging visual learning resources from approved briefs provided by Learning Practitioners, SMEs and Course Builders. You will develop graphics, infographics, videos and other assets that support organisational learning and learner engagement.

The role requires adherence to Beekman Group branding, maintains digital asset libraries and collaborates with the Learning & Development team to deliver

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Graphic Design degree or diploma, or 3–4 years related experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Genially, PowToons and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visuals and multimedia assets for learning.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and apply QA processes.
• Ensure visuals align with Beekman Group branding.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver resources.
