Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in learning design or curriculum development, particularly in higher education.
• Proficiency with LMS (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas) and e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, pedagogy, and assessment design.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
