Job summary

Top Vitae is seeking a highly organised, commercially minded individual to support Shopify, e-commerce, and graphic design operations under the direction of the Director.

You will manage product data, upload new items, create marketing artwork, and assist with product development and supplier communications while maintaining accurate records and timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, e-commerce, or creative support.
• Qualification in Graphic Design or a closely related field.
• Strong practical experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.

If you are a creative, commercially minded and highly organised person who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be the opportunity for you. You will work closely with the Director across Shopify, e-commerce, graphic design, product development and day-to-day business operations, helping to keep the business moving.

Duties & Responsibilities

Shopify & E-Commerce:

• Manage and update products on Shopify, ensuring product information remains accurate and current.

• Upload new products, images, descriptions, pricing and stock information.

• Maintain website content and product accuracy across the online store.

• Assist with online promotions, collections and visual merchandising.

• Monitor the website and identify issues or content requiring attention.

• Assist with online orders and customer queries when required.

Graphics & Illustrator

• Work confidently in Adobe Full suite with experience in photoshop to create and amend professional artwork.

• Create and amend product artwork, graphics, labels and packaging.

• Prepare accurate artwork and production-ready files for factories and suppliers.

• Make changes to existing designs quickly, accurately and according to brief.

• Assist with marketing and social media artwork when required.

Business & Product Support

• Assist with product development and the launch of new collections.

• Communicate professionally with overseas suppliers when required.

• Assist with product costing, pricing and maintaining accurate product information.

• Prepare product sheets, presentations and other business documents.

• Assist with stock, ordering and general operational requirements.

• Work closely with the Director to help manage priorities and keep day-to-day business activities moving.

Requirements

• 4+ years' relevant experience in graphic design, e-commerce, creative support, business administration or a similar hands-on role.

• Qualification in Graphic Design or a closely related field.

• Strong, practical experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.

• Experience in the Full Adobe Suite with a strong knowledge in Photoshop, with the ability to create and amend artwork independently.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce, product presentation and online merchandising.

• Highly computer literate and comfortable working across multiple digital systems.

• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how creative work, products and e-commerce contribute to the wider business.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Creative, energetic and proactive, with a willingness to get involved and take ownership.

• Strong communication skills, including confidence communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

• Reliable, accountable and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and get it done without constant supervision.
