AirVu Media is seeking an Account Coordinator in Cape Town to support the Campaign Manager with execution and client communications. This entry-level role offers clear progression routes to offsite Campaign Manager and emphasizes organised, proactive team support.

You will create briefs, review deliverables, and assist with timely product and content deliveries while handling meeting notes and follow-ups. Aiming to grow within the agency, you’ll gain exposure to multiple campaigns.

Formación

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, creative, or project coordination role (agency experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of marketing basics (content, paid, design, social).
• Experience using task/project management tools (e.g. Productive, Asana, Trello).
• Confident note-taker and communicator in meetings and client-facing settings.

Responsabilidades

• Support Campaign Manager by driving execution and coordinating client communications.
• Prepare client meeting agendas and planned activity recaps; take clear notes and follow up.
• Translate meeting outcomes into tasks in Productive and assign to teams.
• QA client-facing creative for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Assist with timely deliveries and stand-up participation.
