Job summary

Talent Match Africa is recruiting a Media Campaign Coordinator to support the delivery of media campaigns by managing campaign data, coordinating RFP submissions with network partners, and maintaining high standards of vendor and quality control.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, delivered as planned, and communicated professionally from start to finish, with on-site work at our Johannesburg or Durban offices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in coordination, media, or data operations (internship applies).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Input campaign data into Salesforce and WOVN.
• Maintain up-to-date campaign records and media plans.
• Track delivery vs planned targets.
• Coordinate RFP submissions with network partners.
• Organise incoming RFP materials.
• Relay RFP outcomes to partners clearly.
• Perform brand safety checks across campaigns.
• Identify discrepancies and suggest solutions.
• Ensure timely and professional vendor communication.
• Maintain campaign and business records across systems.
