Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar training and development role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to assess needs and develop tailored training programs for a corporate environment.
