Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years’ experience in investments, product management, actuarial, or portfolio strategy.
• Strong understanding of market-linked investment products, benchmarks, asset allocation, performance reporting and risk frameworks.
• Proven experience operating in a high‑governance, committee‑driven environment.
• Experience supporting growth and retention through client engagements, technical marketing, product analytics, and monthly packs.
• Ability to balance investment integrity, regulatory discipline, and commercial outcomes.
• Leveraging AI to efficiently deliver outputs is a strong advantage.

• Own market-linked investment products from strategy and design through launch and BAU.
• Ensure products are fit‑for‑purpose, market‑relevant, and commercially viable.
• Scale market-linked solutions and drive client value and AUM growth.
• Governance: provide inputs to investment/product/risk committees and ensure disclosures are compliant.
• Support growth through client engagement, collateral, and evidence-based marketing.
