Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business or Finance (NQF Level 7).
• 8+ years in insurance, including captive insurance.
• Knowledge of local life insurance regulations.
• Knowledge of the cell captive environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client portfolios including cell captive businesses and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage risks in cell captive insurance and ensure actions align with OMART risk appetite.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies to minimize risk and protect the company’s reputation.
• Lead client onboarding and exit strategies including regulatory processes for transfers as required.
