The Recruitment Council is seeking an Investment Product Manager to lead design, enhancement, and execution of product solutions for an international wealth platform in South Africa and select international markets.

You will influence product roadmaps, collaborate with IT, Compliance, Marketing and Distribution, and translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans while ensuring regulatory and risk considerations are integrated.

Qualifikationen

• A B.Com or related degree is required.
• A CFA designation or actuarial background is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial services environment, ideally in international LISP or investment platform.
• Experience in product development, pricing, platform strategy or capability design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the South African LISP landscape, with offshore experience preferred.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and translate initiatives into practical product roadmaps.
