Placements24 is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager for Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will nurture high-value corporate client relationships, understand risk profiles, and tailor insurance solutions while delivering outstanding service.

You will leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance products and CRM tools to manage portfolios, coordinate with underwriting and claims teams, and drive retention and growth in the Western Cape region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in client relationship management in insurance.
• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, casualty, liability).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients as primary contact.
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions and risk management strategies.
• Review client portfolios to ensure coverage is adequate and competitive.
• Coordinate between clients, underwriting teams and claims departments.
• Manage renewal processes for corporate accounts and drive favorable outcomes.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for insurance products.
