• CA(SA) qualification

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering

• Partner with operational and departmental leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance
• Evaluate profitability, cost drivers, and business opportunities
• Support commercial initiatives through detailed analysis and business case development
• Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for operational improvement

Financial Analysis & Performance Management

• Analyse revenue, margins, operating expenses, and key business metrics
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets
• Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support management decision-making
• Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with scenario modelling and financial planning activities
• Prepare forecasts and performance projections
• Monitor business unit performance against financial objectives

Management Reporting

• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
